Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International shipping varies by location but generally arrives within 7-14 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Does the jewelry tarnish or change color?
Cernucci jewelry is designed for durability; however, to maintain its shine, we recommend avoiding contact with water, sweat, and perfumes. Our 'Non-Tarnish' collection features PVD plating which is specifically engineered to be water-resistant.
